Triethylene glycol dehydrated skid
The feed gas of the dehydration device is used to purify natural gas. The processing capacity of the device is 2.5~50x104, the operating flexibility is 50~100%, and the annual production time is 8000 hours.
The device uses about 99.74% (wt) of triethylene glycol (TEG) as a dehydrating agent to remove most of the saturated water in the purified natural gas, and the cleaned natural gas after dehydration by the TEG absorption tower (the water dew point under the factory pressure condition <- 5 ° C) as a commercial gas. The water-absorbing TEG is regenerated by the normal pressure fire tube heating regeneration method, and the hot lean liquid is returned to the TEG absorption tower after heat exchange, cooling and pressurization, and is recycled. The waste gas component produced by the regeneration of rich liquid is mainly water vapor, and contains a small amount of hydrocarbons and gases. In order to eliminate safety hazards and avoid direct discharge to the environment, the waste gas is removed from the sulfur gas recovery furnace after being burned by the exhaust gas. atmosphere.
● The TEG dehydration and fire tube direct heating regeneration process used in this device has the following characteristics:
■ TEG dehydration process is simple and mature. Compared with other dehydration methods, it has the advantages of large dew point drop, good thermal stability, easy regeneration, low loss, and low investment and operation costs.
■ The lean/rich liquid heat exchanger is installed in front of the lean liquid circulation pump, which not only improves the operating conditions of the circulating pump, but also increases the temperature of the TEG rich liquid into the triethylene glycol regenerator, effectively recovers part of the heat and reduces regeneration. The consumption of fuel gas used.
■ Set a filter on the rich liquid pipeline to remove the mechanical impurities and degradation products carried in the solution system, keep the solution clean, prevent the solution from foaming, reduce the solvent loss, and facilitate the smooth operation of the device in a long period.
■ The direct fire tube heating method used in TEG regeneration is mature, reliable and easy to operate.
