The 72-hour industrial assessment of skid-mounted and fuel-driven compressor unit of Xi 'an Baqiao project undertaken by Venus Co., Ltd. was successfully run.
After the skid-mounted, fuel-driven compressor unit of Baqiao project of Shaanxi gas group undertaken by Venus co., ltd. successfully left the factory on November 19, 2018, the company organized a reinstallation project team composed of research institute, marketing center, service department and final assembly factory to go to the site to carry out equipment reinstallation.Everyone united as one, not afraid of difficulties and hardships, according to the requirements of the owner to complete the equipment and pipeline reset and installation work.On July 26, 2019, the mid-term acceptance and delivery of the unit and customer training were completed.
Skid-mounted fuel-driven compressor unit
The engine, compressor, process pipeline, auxiliary system, control system, etc. are skid-mounted as a whole, and the power of the gas engine is 1000KW, and the maximum speed is 1200RPM;The compressor host adopts JXB series large-tonnage high-speed compressor of Venus Co., Ltd. The project covers a wide range, high technical requirements, difficult design and short construction period. It is the first large-scale skid-mounted combustion drive compressor unit of Venus Co., Ltd.
The unit was successfully tested at one time and successfully passed the 72-hour industrial operation assessment on November 6, 2019, laying a solid foundation for Venus to enter the field of high-power natural gas pipeline compressors.
