On April 9, 2020, Venus shares Sichuan Hengzhong Clean Energy Complete Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Ya'an Zhonghong Clean Energy Co., Ltd. on the Lushan Zhonghong LNG Emergency Peak Reserve Project Phase I project 200000 square/day LNG liquefaction plant signing ceremony was held in the high production base. Ya 'an Zhonghong Energy Chairman Ren Tao and the company's main leaders, Venus shares Sichuan Hengzhong Equipment Executive Director Wu Lan, General Manager Sui Jun, Executive Deputy General Manager Luo Guangsheng, Chief Engineer Liu Ge, Deputy Chief Engineer Quan Guoping attended the signing ceremony.

Wu Lan, executive director of Jinxing shares Sichuan Hengzhong Equipment, and Ren Tao, chairman of Ya'an Zhonghong Energy, signed the "Lushan Zhonghong LNG Emergency Peak Reserve Project Equipment Purchase and Sales Contract" on behalf of both parties, and jointly raised a glass to celebrate the successful signing.
