Venus Co., Ltd.'s First Large Module Device Factory Overall Assembly Project-Chongqing Zhongxian Processing Module Device Successfully Passed Factory Acceptance


The skid-mounted equipment of the tail gas treatment and renovation project of the sulfur recovery unit of the Zhongxian Branch of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant, which was undertaken by Jinxing Co., Ltd., successfully passed the factory acceptance. The EPC Project Department of CPECC Southwest Branch organized the responsible persons of each discipline and the personnel of our company, and invited Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant, Zhongxian Branch Plant, Sichuan Huacheng Supervision Department and Sichuan Jiacheng Inspection Department to participate in the factory acceptance.

Acceptance meeting site

Zhongxian tail gas treatment device is the fourth set of CANSOLV process package tail gas treatment device manufactured by Jinxing Co., Ltd. in CPECC Southwest Branch. The advanced assembly process adopted in this group of skids has realized two "firsts".

Production site

For the first time, the overall assembly of the exhaust gas treatment module device factory was carried out, with a pre-assembly rate of 100 and a "zero" welding joint on site. The "collision and collision" fighting phenomenon of the structure, pipeline and electrical instrument in the device was found and solved in advance. Improve the integrity and delivery quality of the overall delivery of the module device;

Prepare the split installation manual for the first time. This project specially invites the design and industrialization personnel of CPECC Southwest Branch to carry out the special split design and prepare the split installation manual, which on the one hand improves the on-site installation efficiency, reduces the on-site reinstallation cycle and reduces the on-site safety risk; On the other hand, a detailed bill of quantities is proposed for the on-site installation of the device, which can provide supporting data for the settlement of pre-assembly, split and on-site installation in the module factory.

Production site

In the face of many difficulties such as tight time, heavy tasks and high summer temperature, all departments of the company unite sincerely and carry out careful planning and management around safety, progress and quality, overcoming the high temperature environment of 39 ℃ outside the factory building during the construction peak period. With the scorching sun overhead, prefabrication and assembly were completed in only 62 days, 10 days ahead of schedule.
After checking the on-site device and listening to the report, the acceptance parties highly affirmed the implementation effect of the project, and arranged and communicated on the next device shipment and on-site installation. The project team will continue to maintain a high morale and make persistent efforts to ensure the high quality and timely delivery of the exhaust module.
