Venus Group hydrogen energy equipment won the first prize of science and technology

Recently, the 2022 Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Circular Economy Association was officially awarded, and the project "Key Technologies and Applications of Hydrogen Compressors for High Performance Hydrogenation Stations" implemented by Venus Group Company was awarded the first prize of the Science and Technology Award (Certificate No.: Li).

The Sichuan Circular Economy Association Science and Technology Award is a social force award established by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecological Environment. Its project areas cover steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, coal mines, chemicals, machinery, construction, agriculture and other fields.

The project "Key Technology and Application of Hydrogen Compressor for High Performance Hydrogenation Station" implemented by the company mainly focuses on the demand of 35MPa hydrogenation station for pressurized filling key equipment-45MPa high pressure hydrogen compressor. Aiming at the problem of localization of products and core components, the company studies the innovative research and development and technological breakthrough of key components of hydrogen compressor, completed the valve structure and transmission mechanism design, hydrogen pressurization system safety design, flow automation control technology research, digital design and motion process simulation analysis, developed a fully domestic safety, high outlet pressure, large flow of hydrogen compressor, and the realization of new energy fuel cell hydrogenation station supporting demonstration application, has been highly recognized by customers.
