Emphasis on Safety and Promotion of Development-Venus Group Organized a 100-day Summary and Commendation Conference on Safe Operation and Maintenance of Well Tongshen 11 in Daqing Oilfield"

In order to celebrate this important milestone, the company held a 100-day summary commendation meeting for the safe operation of well opening in Tongshen 11 well purification station on October 19 at the site of PetroChina natural gas well 300000 square/day liquefaction recovery project. As the company's representative service-oriented manufacturing EPC project, Chairman Wu Jun and other company leaders visited the venue and delivered speeches, expressing high respect and warm congratulations to the employees.

The purification station of Well Tongshen 11 has been in production for trial operation since July 6, 2023 and turned into formal production on July 28. As of October 16, 2023, the purification station of Well Tongshen 11 has successfully carried out safe production and operation for 100 consecutive days with zero accident rate. The unit has reached the designed production capacity (300000 cubic meters) three days after the well is opened. This is a significant achievement and the company is proud of the team's hard work and outstanding performance.

The meeting specifically recognized a large number of employees who have made outstanding contributions to the operation of the project. These employees showed a high degree of loyalty and hard work spirit at the critical moment. They devoted themselves to their work regardless of personal gains and losses, and made important contributions to the safe operation of the project, which was affirmed and praised by the company and PetroChina. Seventeen outstanding employees received cash awards for their outstanding performance, and 18 outstanding employees received a capital increase of 300-2000 yuan in recognition of their outstanding performance at work.

Since the purification station of Well Tongshen 11 was officially put into operation, it has withstood severe tests and demonstrated excellent technology, equipment and engineering installation capabilities. We always put safety in the first place, adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", and constantly improve the level of safety production.

In order to ensure the construction of the safety management system, we have formulated and improved the document "Post Responsibilities of the Purification Station of the Tested Production of Well Tongshen 11 (Trial)", which defines the responsibilities of the personnel in each post. By strengthening safety management, improving the safety system and other measures, effectively prevent the occurrence of various types of accidents.

We know that the maintenance and operation of the equipment is very important for the safe production of the station. Therefore, detailed equipment maintenance and simple operation procedures are formulated in each equipment area, and special training is carried out for employees.

Safety training and the cultivation of safety awareness has always been a matter of great importance to the company. All new employees must receive three levels of safety training and education before entering the job, and can enter the station only after passing the written examination. In addition, we have also organized various safety knowledge popularization activities, such as on-site propaganda in the central control room, learning to watch accident cases in the office, and safety skills training in the off-site operation duty room to improve the safety awareness and operation skills of employees.

In response to emergencies, the company has established a sound emergency plan, and regularly organize emergency drills. These drills include wellhead well opening drill, special emergency drill for hydrogen sulfide leakage in pressure and temperature control unit, emergency drill for commercial gas leakage in liquefaction unit, emergency drill for fire caused by combustible gas leakage in deacidification unit, etc., which effectively improve the response ability of employees in emergency situations.

In order to ensure the safe operation is comprehensive and without omission, the company has further improved the existing safe operation management system and norms. Starting from the aspects of increasing personnel allocation, increasing investment in testing equipment, and improving the management and supervision system, the handling measures for the safety management of operation after midnight and the situation that the wellhead and the operating device are prone to secondary disasters are clarified. The inspection frequency is changed from the original 2 hours to every 1.5 hours to further ensure the safe operation of the station and equipment.

In order to strengthen the management of production safety, the company has established a production safety responsibility system and production safety rules and regulations for all personnel at the station, and has completed the construction of production safety standardization and informatization. The station has built a dual prevention mechanism of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management, improved the risk prevention and resolution mechanism, and improved the level of safety production. In addition, we have also established a safety assessment mechanism and reward and punishment system to encourage employees to actively participate in safety production activities. Through irregular attitude assessment, understand the employees' awareness and attitude towards safety production, and take targeted measures to improve the safety awareness of employees.
