■ The station-type LNG filling station is an LNG filling system composed of four subsystems: LNG storage tank, LNG pump valve skid (single pump or double pump), LNG filling machine and PLC control cabinet/shelter. Each module is assembled in the factory and tested and debugged separately. After the process installation is completed on site, the LNG vehicle filling function can be realized after the overall testing and debugging.
Product Features
■ Based on the modular design concept, the site layout is flexible and changeable; ■ The pump tank adopts the upper cover insulation structure, and the BOG production is small;
■ Single pump skid can be upgraded to double pump skid, which can increase the gas filling volume without replacing equipment;
■ The equipment is fully functional and has the function of adjusting saturation, which can meet the filling of LNG cylinders for various vehicles;
■ The equipment is controlled by PLC, with high degree of automation, which can support data remote transmission;
