The hydrogenation machine is a special equipment used in the hydrogenation station to provide compressed hydrogen fuel or natural gas mixed hydrogen fuel filling service for automobiles, and has the functions of metering and pricing. This series of hydrogenation machine adopts high-performance industrial control microprocessor, high-precision mass flow meter measurement system, LCD screen display and other equipment to ensure the accuracy of measurement and pricing. The hydrogenation machine adopts explosion-proof electric control device, pull-off valve, explosion-proof emergency stop button and other safety devices to ensure that the hydrogenation machine is safe and reliable in explosive environment.

Main functions:
■ The safety valve is set up in the pipeline of the hydrogenation machine. When the pressure is overpressure, the safety valve will open and discharge the pressure automatically;
■ A pull-off valve is set between the hydrogenation hose and the dispenser. When the external force on the hose is greater than 600N, the pull-off valve is disconnected and closed to prevent leakage. To achieve the purpose of protecting the dispenser;
■ The hydrogen hydrogenation machine is equipped with a combustible gas detector and a temperature detector. When the hydrogen leakage reaches the alarm value of the detector or the temperature of the medium in the pipeline is too high, the hydrogen hydrogenation machine can automatically stop.
■ Electric control system with independent intellectual property rights, with power-off data protection and delay display function;
■ Adopt imported clock system, accurate and reliable timing;
■ Large capacity storage, can query 120000 of the filling data, if connected to the computer management system, can query four years of filling data;
■ Automatic fault detection function, can automatically display the fault code;
■ Pressure and flow rate protection function, when the inflation pressure and flow rate reaches the specified value, automatically stop filling.
