■ Skid-mounted compressor unit shall be designed and produced according to API STD 618, API SPEC 11P, ISO13631, GB/T20322, GB/T25359, enterprise standard CX2018 Technical Regulations for Skid-mounted Compressor Engineering, etc.
■ The compressor is a horizontal symmetrical balance type. The crankshaft is equipped with a balance weight to fully realize the balance of rotating inertial force and moment. The reciprocating inertial mass of the moving train is strictly controlled, so that the overall balance performance of the compressor unit is excellent, and the vibration reaches the national standard. Level.
■ Analyze the flow pulsation and vibration of the compressor process gas pipeline (including the system pipeline inside and outside the skid) according to API STD 618, and analyze the pipeline stress at the same time to ensure that the unit meets the requirements and operates reliably.
■ In case of frequent handling, skid-mounted compressor unit without foundation can be provided; all equipment (including control system, etc.) are on a skid, and concrete grouting is performed inside the skid in the factory.
■ The drive machine has an electric motor and an engine for selection, and a noise reduction room for the unit can be provided.
■ According to the needs of the use of variable frequency drive, variable clearance volume adjustment, valve unloading or loop adjustment and other ways to achieve 0~100 gas volume adjustment, to meet the requirements of production load adjustment.
■ It can provide supporting devices that meet the requirements of environmental protection on site, such as desander, oil-water separator, dehydration device, desulfurization device, light hydrocarbon recovery device, etc., and can be highly integrated with related devices. The wellhead/station oil and gas mixed transmission device can be provided.
■ Adaptive untreated wellhead gas pressurization, complete automatic control system and chain control requirements, to ensure that the compressor in the unattended state completely stable operation.
