Performance Description of Integrated Skid-mounted Unit
■ Single-well integrated skid-mounted device is an integrated device that integrates chemical filling system, water jacket heating furnace, separator, natural gas metering device, pigging firing device, orifice plate throttling device, transmitter, fuel gas pressure regulation, corrosion monitoring system, supporting valves, pipelines, instruments, etc. in single-well natural gas production. Skid-mounted equipment shall meet the requirements of safe production, be convenient for operation, maintenance and management, and be installed neatly and beautifully, and be convenient for transportation, hoisting and meter reading.
■ The gas coming from wellhead is heated by heating furnace, and then enters into separator after two-stage pressure regulation, so as to separate light hydrocarbon from natural gas, and measure the natural gas and light hydrocarbon respectively. Finally through the tee to the exit valve group.
■ The gas from the gas field fuel pipeline network provides fuel to the jacket heater through pressure regulation and metering, and at the same time provides the power gas source of the pneumatic liquid level controller.
■ For the corrosion inhibitor injection part, the outlet pressure of the injection pump is as high as 70MPa, which is divided into two routes, one to the wellhead and the other to the pipeline behind the orifice throttling device.
