Product Features
■ The compressor unit is skid-mounted as a whole, including the equipment and systems required for the operation of the unit (including compressor, motor, cooling system, gas recovery system, priority system, noise enclosure), and can be operated unattended all day long.
■ Adopt sub-station compressor unit without balanced section compressor technology, high efficiency and energy saving.
■ The compressor has a wide range of inlet pressure. It can operate fully automatically and safely without any adjustment within the range of inlet pressure of 20 ~ 2.0MPa. It has strong adaptability. The inlet pressure range can be set by PLC programmable control according to the needs of the site.
■ The compressor control process is advanced and mature. The skid-mounted automatic priority control system can realize direct charging of trailers and return natural gas from low-pressure wells to high-pressure wells to ensure stable high-pressure gas pressure in the station.
■ The compressor air cooler adopts group control adjustment to adapt to the winter and summer environment, environmental protection and energy saving.
The minimum intake pressure of the ※ can be adjusted on site as required within the intake range
