High pressure dehydration unit

■ CNG post-dehydration device refers to the product with the raw material pressure of 25MPa after the equipment is installed in the compressor. It adopts the principle of temperature swing adsorption dehydration, uses the physical nature of the adsorbent to adsorb the saturated water in the raw natural gas under high pressure, and then uses the lower pressure dry gas at a higher temperature to analyze the saturated adsorbent. Adsorption and analysis are carried out in reverse.

■ The main valve of the process adopts imported needle valve, the exhaust port is set with pressure maintaining valve, and the gas balance pipeline system is set during regeneration switching to make the air flow run smoothly and protect the service life of the adsorbent from multiple angles.

■ Double blowdown valve is adopted for filter blowdown to ensure reliable blowdown without leakage.

■ Adopt anti-ice blocking pressure regulating design to make the regeneration air flow more smoothly.

■ External electric heater with high pressure is adopted to heat the regeneration bed evenly and facilitate maintenance. At the same time, multi-point temperature monitoring can prevent dry burning and ensure the regeneration effect.

■ Self-cooling heat exchange is adopted, and the regenerated cold air after pressure reduction is preheated by the hot air of the regeneration tower, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the regenerated hot air and solving the ice blocking problem after pressure reduction, and the temperature of the regenerated gas entering the electric heater is increased, thus saving energy consumption in many aspects.
