■ LNG filling skid is the core equipment of LNG filling station. Unloading/booster vaporizer, EAG heater, submersible pump, pump pool, remote control valve, pressure sensor and temperature sensor for automatic control are integrated on the skid.
■ All process pipelines and valves on the skid adopt vacuum cold preservation, which not only reduces the generation of BOG gas, but also reduces the operation failure of LNG submersible pump.
■ The overall structure of the skid is compact and reasonable, with a small footprint, and is convenient for hoisting, installation and maintenance.
Product Features
Single-pump LNG filling skid
■ The skid adopts humanized design, which is convenient for operation and maintenance and clear identification.
■ Grid plate is used for the bottom plate of the whole skid to prevent the bottom plate from being rusted by the frosting water of the gasifier.
■Straight pipe design, very low pipe resistance and pressure drop.
■ The pipeline system adopts a standardized "bridge" connection design, which can eliminate the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of each part during work.
■ The pump tank is fixed on the keel of the skid body, and the grid plate design can effectively reduce the resonance during the operation of the skid body.

Dual-pump LNG filling skid
■ The unique single and double pump upgrade structure is adopted. When the gas filling amount increases, the single pump skid can be directly upgraded to the double pump structure without replacing the whole skid.
■ The skid body is highly integrated. All equipment and parts on the skid are installed in the factory. The installation can be completed only through flange connection and electrical wiring on site.
