About 99.74%(wt) triethylene glycol (TEG) is used as dehydrating agent in the unit to dehumidify and purify most of the saturated water in the natural gas. The dry purified natural gas (water dew point <-5 ℃ under delivery pressure) dehydrated by TEG absorption tower is used as commercial gas for export. The TEG after water absorption is regenerated by normal pressure fire tube heating regeneration method, and the hot lean liquid is returned to the TEG absorption tower after heat exchange, cooling and pressurization for recycling. The waste gas produced by rich liquid regeneration is mainly water vapor and contains a small amount of hydrocarbons and gases. In order to eliminate potential safety hazards and avoid direct emission of environmental pollution, the regenerated waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere after being incinerated in the tail gas burning furnace of the sulfur recovery unit.
