Gas lift production integrated device
Device composition: including gas distribution room, drug filling system, control room. The gas distribution system is equipped with an inlet electric ball valve, a single-well electric control valve, a pressure transmitter, a flammable gas alarm, an H2S alarm device, an explosion-proof fan, etc., which can accurately measure the gas injection volume of the gas lift well. It can realize logic protection functions such as automatic shutdown production under abnormal conditions such as pressure fluctuation and gas leakage. The instrument valves and other accessories used meet the national quality standards. The gas distribution station system has the characteristics of advanced technology, excellent performance, accurate measurement, convenient operation and maintenance, safety and reliability.
It is used for gas lift production in oil fields. In the oil exploitation, high-pressure natural gas is received, monitored, controlled, metered and distributed to each gas lift well, so that the production wells can obtain stable and reasonable gas injection volume and realize gas lift production in oil fields.
● The gas distribution station can achieve the following functions:
■ Receiving, regulating, and single-well gas injection of high-pressure natural gas compressed by a compressor;
■ Measure and record natural gas pressure and temperature in the main gas collection manifold and single well gas injection line;
■ Measure and record the gas injection volume of a single well in a gas lift well (accumulated measurement and real-time display of single well gas injection);
■ Automatically adjust the amount of gas injected in the gas injection line of the gas lift well (according to the set value) and manually;
■ When the natural gas pressure fluctuation in the total gas collection manifold exceeds the set range, the emergency state alarm is implemented; the working mode is switched according to the alarm state. When the low pressure alarm occurs, the gas distribution station automatically switches to the solar energy production mode, and a low and low pressure alarm occurs. Implement the total gas injection manifold to shut down;
■ Selective conversion of continuous gas injection and intermittent gas injection mode according to gas lift well production conditions;
■ Indoor temperature probe alarm function, automatic shut off the total air injection gate when the indoor temperature exceeds a certain value in the normal range;
■ Single well injection volume, gas injection pressure, manifold pressure, temperature and various alarm signals are transmitted to the control room;
■ When the power is off, the electric ball valves and electric control valves in the air distribution valve are kept in the state before the power is cut off;
■ According to the anti-freeze plugging of the pipeline system, the required chemical is pumped into the gas distribution process, and distributed to the single well branch by the methanol filling distributor;
■ Indoor natural gas leakage alarm, when the flammable concentration reaches 4%, the sound and light alarm signal is issued, and the fan exhaust is automatically started; when the set concentration value is reached, the total air injection gate is automatically closed, and the H2S leakage reaches 3.0PP to implement the alarm, and Start the fan to replace the air. When the H2S concentration reaches 10.0PPm, cut off the inlet electric ball valve of the inlet pipe to realize the shutdown of the gas distribution station.
■ The distribution board of the gas distribution room is reserved for electric heat tracing and is used for electric heating in winter.
