■ The compressor is a horizontal symmetrical balance type. The crankshaft is equipped with a balance weight to fully realize the balance of rotating inertial force and moment. The reciprocating inertial mass of the moving train is strictly controlled, so that the overall balance performance of the compressor unit is excellent, and the vibration reaches the national standard. Epoxy resin grouting is used between compressor, engine and skid seat, which has good seismic performance.

■ According to the needs of the use of variable clearance volume adjustment, valve unloading or circuit adjustment and other ways, combined with the engine speed adjustment to achieve 0~100 gas volume adjustment, to meet the requirements of production load adjustment.
■ Analyze the flow pulsation and vibration of the compressor process gas pipeline (including the system pipeline inside and outside the skid) according to API STD 618, and analyze the pipeline stress at the same time to ensure that the unit meets the requirements and operates reliably.
