■ The compressor is designed according to API STD 618, API SPEC 11P, GB/T20322, GB/T25359 and other standards, and the supporting system is designed according to GB/T25359, enterprise standard CX2018 "Technical Regulations for Skid-mounted Compressor Engineering", CX2019 "Code for Design of Skid-mounted Fuel-driven Compressor" and other standards.
■ Combined with the characteristics of high pressure, large changes in working conditions, high degree of automation and stable operation of gas storage, the unit equipment is stable in operation and high in energy efficiency. Some indexes are better than similar units abroad. ■ Analyze the air flow pulsation and vibration of the compressor process gas pipeline (including the system pipeline inside and outside the skid) according to API STD618, and conduct the pipeline stress analysis and the shaft system torsional vibration analysis to ensure that the unit meets the requirements and operates reliably.
