Type D Host Overview:
■ The unit is a two-row symmetrical structure, the two turns are evenly distributed at 180 degrees, the reciprocating inertial force and the rotating inertial force are internally balanced, the unit operates in a balanced manner, and the vibration is small.

Product Features
■ The compressor unit is skid-mounted, and the motor directly drives the compressor through the elastic coupling, which is convenient for transportation and simple to install.
■ Piston ring, packing seal components using imported PTFE oil-free lubricating material or PEEK material, good wear resistance, will not produce "pull cylinder" and other malignant accidents.
■ The air valve is an air cushion valve, and the "air cushion effect" generated by the air cushion reduces the impact of the valve plate on the valve seat. The valve plate is made of stainless steel.
■Crosshead bearing surface deposited babbitt alloy, good wear resistance, low maintenance cost.
■ The cylinder liner is a pre-film liner with low friction coefficient, good running-in between the cylinder and the piston ring and the support ring, and long life.
■ The cooling method is water cooling or mixed cooling (I. e. air-cooled closed water cooling):
■ The water-cooled compressor adopts a detachable tube cooler, the air goes inside the tube, the water goes outside the tube, and the water and gas flows in the reverse direction; the structure is small, the cooling effect is good, the appearance is elegant, the die can be removed, and it is convenient to remove scale.
■ The air cooler of the mixed cooling compressor unit is skid-mounted on the compressor skid, and the closed water cooling system has compact structure and small floor area, which is especially suitable for the northern environment and the tight places of CNG station.
The compressor control system adopts imported PLC programmable controller and motor soft starter to monitor the operation of the compressor unit in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
