■ Body, the body is made of alloy cast iron material, high strength, strong rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, the body part of the self-lubricating performance is stronger. The middle part adopts a lengthened design and is equipped with a special oil scraping structure, which significantly improves the oil scraping performance, thereby reducing the consumption of lubricating oil, reducing the oil content in natural gas, and reducing the use of oil removal auxiliaries such as separators.
The crosshead body is made of ductile iron material, high strength, dense crystal; its supporting surface is made of babbit alloy, good wear resistance.
The motor is directly driven by the diaphragm coupling, the installation is simple, the adaptability is strong, the diaphragm coupling has good compensation ability in the axial, radial and angular directions, and the maintenance is convenient and the reliability is strong.

■ The air valve is a special high-speed air valve with high stability and superior performance.
■ The main oil pump is a gear pump with stable operation and simple design; the end clearance is easy to adjust and the efficiency is high. Its own heavy-duty bearing extends the service life of the pump.
■ The lubricating oil system is equipped with no oil flow switch, temperature controller and automatic oil supplement device, which ensures the safety and stability of the lubrication system, and the work intelligence and humanization are reflected.
■ The oiler is powered by the main motor and is equipped with a distributor. The structure is simplified, the volume is small, the space is arranged, the area of the skid surface is saved, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
■ The maximum speed can reach 1500 r/min. If frequency conversion technology is adopted, the speed adjustment range is wider, which is especially suitable for areas with large intake pressure fluctuations.
