■ There is only one cylinder in a row of compressors, and there is no need to disassemble the cylinder for maintenance of piston rings, packing and wearing parts, which is extremely convenient for maintenance.
■ The compressor unit is skid-mounted, and the motor directly drives the compressor through the elastic coupling, which is convenient for transportation and simple to install.
■ The compressor can be equipped with a sound insulation cover according to needs to meet outdoor all-weather operation; the cover is equipped with space heater, combustible gas alarm system, maintenance hanging beam, explosion-proof lighting, safety door, adjustable shutter and special muffler channel. Safety, environmental protection, easy maintenance.
■ Lubrication system is equipped with lubricating oil heating system and pre-lubrication system to automatically control the lubricating oil temperature and ensure the lubrication of key parts such as crosshead slideway. The piston ring and packing seal components adopt imported PTFE oil-free lubricating materials, which have good wear resistance and will not cause vicious accidents such as "cylinder pulling.
■ The air valve is an air cushion valve. The "air cushion effect" generated by the air cushion reduces the impact of the valve plate on the valve seat, and the valve plate is made of stainless steel.
■Crosshead bearing surface deposited babbitt alloy, good wear resistance, low maintenance cost.
■ The cylinder liner is a pre-film liner with low friction coefficient. The cylinder has good running-in with piston ring and support ring and long service life.
