This model is the first oil-free CNG compressor in China. Because the cylinder center line is perpendicular to the ground, the cylinder wall does not bear the gravity of the piston assembly. The crosshead slide does not bear the gravity of the crosshead assembly. The lubricant film will not be affected by gravity. On the side of the segregation, it can be uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the lubricating oil surface, and the cylinder, the piston ring and the packing wear are small and uniform, and the cylinder sealing condition is optimal and the service life is long. The unit is designed according to the multi-row compressor crank angle (two rows are 180° uniform, three columns are 120° uniform, four columns are 90° uniform), one crank is equipped with one cylinder, reciprocating inertial force and rotational inertia. ■ The cylinder and packing adopt oil-free lubricating structure and oil-free lubricating material. The cylinder and packing do not need to be oiled. It has no pollution to natural gas and low operating cost. The daily output of 10,000 square meters of natural gas standard station saves more than 1800kg of lubricating oil.

■ Piston ring and packing seal assembly adopt imported PTFE oil-free lubricating material or PEEK material, which has good wear resistance and will not cause any serious accidents such as “pull cylinder”.

■ Air valve is the air cushion valve that won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The “air cushion effect” generated by the air cushion slows down the impact of the valve plate on the valve seat. The valve plate is made of stainless steel. The valve spring is a special spring steel wire imported from Sweden. It has low noise and long service life. .

■ The basal alloy is welded to the crosshead support surface for good wear resistance and low maintenance cost.

■ The cylinder liner is a pre-film cylinder liner with low friction coefficient and long service life.
