Product Features
■ The center line of the cylinder is perpendicular to the ground, the wall surface of the cylinder does not bear the gravity of the piston assembly, and the crosshead slide does not bear the gravity of the crosshead assembly. The lubricating oil film will not be segregated by gravity and can be evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the lubricating oil surface. The wear of the cylinder, piston ring and packing is small and uniform, the cylinder sealing condition is the best, and the life is long.
■ The crank angle of multi-row compressors is uniform (two rows are uniformly distributed at 180 degrees, three rows are uniformly distributed at 120 degrees, and four rows are distributed at 90 degrees). One crank is equipped with one row of cylinders. The reciprocating inertial force and rotary inertial force are internally balanced, which is convenient for maintenance, stable for unit operation and low vibration.
■ The cylinder and packing adopt oil-free lubrication structure and oil-free lubrication material. The cylinder and packing do not need oil injection, which is pollution-free to natural gas and low operating cost.
■ Piston ring, packing seal components using imported PTFE oil-free lubricating material or PEEK material, good wear resistance, will not produce "pull cylinder" and other malignant accidents.
The air valve for the air cushion valve, air cushion produced by the "air cushion effect" to slow the impact of the valve plate on the valve seat, the valve plate is made of stainless steel, the valve spring for Sweden imported special spring wire, low noise, long life.
■Crosshead bearing surface deposited babbitt alloy, good wear resistance, low maintenance cost.
■ The cylinder liner is a pre-film liner with low friction coefficient and long life.
