■ The standard station-substation dual-purpose compressor is a dual-purpose compressor for the CNG filling station with the pipeline gas in the urban pipe network and the mother station tank gas as the air supply source. It can take gas in the urban pipe network. It can also be supplied by a CNG tank truck. It is a compressor that performs two different conditions without replacing parts. ■ Body: The shape of the fuselage is a square-shaped frustum shape. It is made of resin sand casting. It has the characteristics of low center of gravity, small floor space, high strength and smooth surface.
■ Crankshaft: The crankshaft is 45 forged steel, three turns, each with 120 degrees between each other. One link is connected to each of the three cranks. One end of the crankshaft drives the gear oil pump, and the other end is connected to the motor through the coupling. The oil hole is drilled and used as a lubricating oil passage for moving parts, which has the characteristics of long service life, small running vibration and small tangential force.
■ Cylinder: It is made by our company's patented technology. The first and second cylinders are each in a row. They are double-acting and consist of a cylinder block and a cylinder head. The cylinder body is inlaid with a special wear-resistant cylinder liner. There are waterways and waterways outside the cylinder wall. The wall separates the suction valve from the air passage of the exhaust valve. The third and fourth-stage cylinders are in a row, the downgrade is poor, the cylinder head and the cylinder block are forgings, and the cylinder body is inlaid with a special wear-resistant cylinder sleeve. The cylinder body is drilled with a cooling water hole, and the cylinder cover end is of three stages, the shaft The end is four. ■ Piston: Class I piston is alloy cast aluminum, light in weight, small in reciprocating inertia, stable and energy-saving. The II, III, and IV pistons are 35 steel forgings. The piston rod is quenched by high frequency, which is wear-resistant and has sufficient rigidity and strength, and has a long service life.
■ Packing: Each level of packing is provided with cooling water, and a throttle ring is arranged on the cylinder side. ■ Air valve: The suction and exhaust valves are designed and manufactured by the air cushion valve technology won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The characteristics are: the ring air cushion valve with small noise and more than double the service life of the ordinary valve. Valve seat, lift limiter, valve spring, bolts. The valve seat, lift limiter and bolts are all stainless steel, the valve plate is made of stainless steel plate, and the valve spring is made of Swiss imported stainless steel wire. Be careful not to damage the sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve plate during installation and disassembly.
