■ The standard station-sub-station dual-purpose compressor is a CNG filling station dual-purpose compressor with pipeline gas in the urban pipe network and the main station tank car gas as the gas supply source. It can take gas from the urban pipe network or supply gas from the CNG tank car. It is completed by one compressor under two different working conditions without replacing parts. According to the on-site gas source conditions, the compressor is switched between the standard station compressor and the sub-station compressor.

Product Features

■ fuselage: outside the fuselage to form a vertical frustum, made of resin sand casting, with a low center of gravity, small footprint, high fuselage strength, smooth surface and so on.

■Crankshaft: The crankshaft is 45 forged steel, three turns, and each turn is 120 degrees from each other. A connecting rod is installed on each of the three turns. One end of the crankshaft drives the gear oil pump, and the other end is connected to the motor through a coupling. The crankshaft is drilled with oil holes as a lubricating oil channel for moving parts. It has the characteristics of long service life, low operating vibration and low tangential force.

■ Cylinder: 1. two-stage cylinders are each in a row, double-acting, composed of a cylinder block and a cylinder head. The cylinder block is inlaid with a special wear-resistant cylinder liner. There is a water channel outside the cylinder wall. The air passage of the exhaust valve is separated. The 3. four-stage cylinder is a row with inverted differential. The cylinder head and cylinder block are forgings. The cylinder block is inlaid with a special wear-resistant cylinder liner. The cylinder block is drilled with cooling water holes. The cylinder block cover end is three-stage. The shaft end is four levels.

■ Piston: Grade I piston is made of alloy cast aluminum, with light weight, small reciprocating inertial force, stable operation and energy saving. Class II, III and IV pistons are 35# steel forgings. After high-frequency quenching, the piston rod is wear-resistant and has sufficient rigidity and strength, and has a long service life.

■ Packing: all levels of packing with cooling water, by the cylinder side with a throttle ring, seal ring are imported carbon fiber reinforced F4 plastic, self-lubricating performance, high strength. The packing is provided with air leakage recovery port. Ensure that the filler is working at low temperature and service life

■ Oil scraper ring: The oil scraper ring is three-petal, hooped by an external spring, holding the piston rod tightly, with a sharp blade inside diameter, and scraping oil toward the crosshead side. Make the lubricating oil brought out of the piston rod from the crankcase be scraped by the oil scraper ring to avoid being brought into the cylinder.

■ Valve: low noise, by the valve plate, seat, lift limiter, valve spring, bolts. The valve seat, lift limiter and bolts are made of stainless steel, and the valve plate is made of stainless steel plate. The valve spring is wound with stainless steel wire imported from Switzerland. During installation and disassembly, the sealing surface of valve seat and valve plate shall not be damaged.
