High pressure dehydration unit
CNG post-dehydration device refers to the product with raw material pressure up to 25MPa after the equipment is installed in the compressor. It adopts the principle of temperature swing adsorption dehydration, uses the physical nature of the adsorbent to adsorb the saturated water in the raw natural gas under high pressure, and then uses the lower pressure dry gas at a higher temperature to analyze the saturated adsorbent. Adsorption and analysis are carried out in reverse.

The trailer supplies air to the compressor through the air unloading column, and then pressurizes the compressor to the set pressure (18 ~ 25MPa) to add air to the high and medium pressure gas storage cylinder sets. During this process, the vending machine sells high and medium pressure gas to the outside, while the low pressure gas is directly charged by the trailer. When the trailer pressure is high, the trailer directly charges the medium pressure cylinder set.
